ERSG ACHIEVE PLACE IN PRESTIGE INTERNATIONAL TRACK 200

​The wind industry is booming across the globe. The world's biggest wind farm came online in the UK in 2018 (Walney 3 extension), the UK and Germany accounted for 85% of the installations in Europe and 15 new offshore wind farms were completed in Europe alone last year. In the US the wind industry added 7,588 MW of new wind capacity and according to the US Department of Energy about 30 offshore wind projects are being planned.

The global energy recruiter ERSG have grown rapidly over the last three years with the opening of 5 overseas offices; Germany, The Netherlands and three in the USA in Seattle, Boston & Orlando. 2019 brings further expansion plans for their UK HQ to ensure a continuing seamless supply of specialist technical staff, often at very short notice, to key clients globally.
Their International growth has been recognised with their inclusion for the first time in The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 2019 league table which ranks Britain's mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing international sales measured over their latest two years of available accounts. Achieving 117th place ERSG grew their international sales by 137% across the two year period.

The average international sales growth for the 200 companies in the International Track 200 was 69% a year, to a total of £14.1bn on combined total sales of £30.9bn. Together they employ 140,000 staff, having added 38,000 employees to their combined workforce over the period.
