I take my role as a personality hire quite seriously 😉 I enjoy acting as ersg’s U.S. mascot to aspiring recruiters, business consultants, and the like. I love the company I work for and its inclusiveness to young talent. My favourite part of my position is sourcing for the most motivated people to help change the course of their career.

My mom has worked in Human Resources my whole life, but I never imagined it as a career for myself until 2021. I wish I would have known how fun it would be and how well I’d do at it! Like mother, like daughter!
