Position: LV Electrical Engineer Responsibilities* Responsible for managing all design phases from concept to detail design with focuson LV electrical systems (typically up to 1kV).* Preparation and maintenance of technical requirements for tender, contractdocumentation participate in technical clarifications for all LV electrical & auxiliarysystems of the Substations & Foundations* Responsible for review and approval of technical design documents of all LVelectrical & auxiliary systems and integration into substations and foundations design* Participate in FAT/SAT and support installation & commissioning process* Responsible for ensuring the quality of components through compliance with HSEQprocesses and industry practices.* Responsible for maintaining market information for LV electrical systems, suppliers,technical developments, standards. Qualifications* B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent* Strong knowledge and experience in LV electrical (eg: LV Switchgears, UPS,Emergency Gensets etc) & auxiliary systems preferably within Offshore wind industry* Strong team player and being proactive, well-structured with problem solving skills* You enjoy and are interested in working in an international team, have strongcommunication skills, intercultural skills, team orientation and are willing to travel. ersg are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing Operations team. This position will provide you with the opportunity to gain core skills and experience in a customer service department, with training provided. Responsibilities include:* Logging new queries onto our in-house system'Nostrum'* Take ownership, fully investigate & resolve client sales invoice & contractor queries in a timely manner - this could entail liaising by phone or email with other Support departments and Sales teams within ersg as well as directly with clients, contactors & payroll companies* Have a good understanding of accounting processes in relation to invoicing, credit notes & purchase orders* Processing corrections to sales invoices and pay remittances on the payroll system - Intime (RSM)* Ensure any new client invoicing processes are set up & all key stakeholderss are aware* To build and maintain excellent relationships with other key stakeholders from around the business* Generating weekly & monthly sales invoices as per client instructions* Uploading sales invoices on to the client's own portals* Assisting the Payroll & Operation Support teams on an ad-hoc basis About you:* 1+ years customer services experience* Intime (RSM) experience (Desirable)* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing complex scenarios* Can demonstrate ability to use initiative to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve* The ability to balance and prioritise duties in a manner that allows all deadlines to be met* Good Outlook & Excel knowledge* Good spoken and written communication skills* Knowledge/understanding of Purchase Orders and invoicing* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment* A flexible and adaptable individual with a can-do attitude* Bullhorn and/or Sage experience (Desirable)About ersgSet up in 2008, ersg is an award winning, international leader in staffing services to the global energy and built environment markets.
