Responsibilities

  • Conduct stability and ballasting analyses for various size of heavy marine transportation vessels
  • Perform motion and seakeeping analyses to support equipment design and transport operations
  • Execute mooring analyses and jetty capacity check for quay mooring systems
  • Carry out workability assessments to optimize load transfer ballast operation and minimize downtime
  • Perform dynamic analyses (1-DoF, multi-DoF, or full FE) to evaluate structural and mechanical behavior under operational loads
  • Support route determination and voyage planning, including shelter point validation and travel time estimation
  • Contribute to motion compensation system design for offshore lifting and transport operations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorʼs degree or higher in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marine engineering or O&G plant construction projects
  • Proficiency in marine analysis software such as Octopus, MOSES (marine transportation engineering tools), GHS, PIAS, NAPA (hydrostatic analysis tools)
  • Experience in stability, seakeeping, mooring, and dynamic analysis
  • Strong technical writing skills in English (reports, manuals, presentations)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
