This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of our managed service clients!

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Maintain relationships with your key Account Client
  • Visit Account Client to build and develop positive relationships with them
  • Provide an exceptional service, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met at all times
  • Act as an extension to the client's recruitment team
  • Advertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database etc to find candidates
  • Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Ensure candidates are fully compliant before commencing assignments
  • Maintain excellent relationships with candidates, ensuring they are fully engaged before and Throughout their tenure.
  • Management of reporting activities, such as weekly progress reports
  • Negotiate pay and salary rates
  • Working towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed, the value to be billed to clients and business leads generated

About you:

  • Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player and provide the best service for candidates and clients
  • 12 months of business development experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Tenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
  • Strong communication skills
  • A-Level, or degree qualified
  • Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Sales and reward motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
