Develop winning strategies to close executable orders for the highly competitive On-shore Wind segment of the Renewables Business.

Develop proposals; negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. Includes compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Strong mind set of customer engagement.

Provide commercial support to the Renewables Sales team for budgetary proposals and studies during opportunity development. Provide commercial expertise and timely response to customer requirements within / across segments, and where required operate as point of customer contact.

Mobilize and lead multifunctional support teams to implement the transaction strategy on complex, multi-million dollar transactions. Functions include Finance, Global Projects Operation, Services, EHS, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Legal Support.

Requirements/必要な資格やスキル
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent. Major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

An MBA or relevant post graduate qualifications would be highly regarded.

Minimum 5 years commercial experience with power plant products/projects.

Highly motivated team player, self-starter with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
