PMO Analyst

• Working with the PM to develop budgetary forecasts
• Working with the central PMO team to ensure actuals are accurately recorded and invoices are paid on time
• Working with the PM to ensure all Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies are recorded accurately with defines actions
• Minuting minutes and actions on behalf of the PM
• Scheduling key meetings and supporting the PM in facilitating meetings
• Managing an maintaining the Plan on behalf of the PM
