- Experience in ship repair - Fluent English or Dutch - Customer-oriented, flexible, quality-conscious, stress-resistant and communicative skills - You have leadership experience and are able to coach and enthuse colleagues - Experience in the welding field, for example, with visual inspections is a big plus. - Someone with a heart for the business as well as for the people!
