Agile Business Analyst

Programme 1: Digital Enablement Programme - Citrix applications migration would be desirable
Programme 2: Cloud Transformation - Experience of ITT Process an advantage

* Agile Business Analyst with a good knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience of working in Agile product teams (e.g. SCRUMS/Sprints, Kanban),
* Experience working in an agile environment and part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Agile delivery experience across complex platforms/Application, and proven experience utilising business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA, DevOPs), and have:
· Preferably at least 2yrs experience in an agile project delivery environment
· Participating in agile ceremonies e.g. sprint planning and daily stand-ups
· Experience of creating and mapping User Stories
* Capable of supporting Product Owner to refine requirements, resolve queries and oversee product backlog
* Candidate with in-depth knowledge and experience in a Business Analyst practices
* Experienced in stakeholder management and strong communication facilitation between teams
* Past experience in Digital Transformation Programme or Cloud Transformation will be an added advantage
* Skilled in requirements elicitation and documentation
· Able to translate business requirements into functional specifications and supporting design and features developing of the technical solution
* Knowledge of creating Power Platform-based solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) for internal user
* Recent cloud migration experience, preferably in Azure cloud, M365, and implementing security controls within enterprise cloud environments
* Recent experience in Citrix applications migration would be desirable
