Responsibilities

you will be involved in the market research, project development and investment in the renewable energy sectors in Asian countries and the rest of the world.
Your assignments will include, but not limited to;
- transaction structuring
- due diligence (business, financial, technical and regulatory)
- commercial negotiations
- project and financing documentations and market tracing.

Requirements

- Excellent written and oral communication skills (professional business level)
- Fluency in English
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, banking, investment, consulting and/or research firms;
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling skills is a plus;
- Interest in and a strong desire to attain expertise of the renewable energy industry;
- Flexibility and versatility to adapt to constantly changing dynamics of the renewable energy industry and the firm;
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent ability to design presentation/pitchbook to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly is a plus
- Self starter
- Hardworking, "can-do" attitude
- Teamwork skills
