Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager

Required to join a project delivering multiple work packages within the company Cloud Platform. This is categorically NOT an applications migration project role, it is all about improving the Infrastructure and Services which collectively form the landing zone on Azure. Example packages include Cloud Network update, DNS build, Subscription Audit/Update and various SaaS implementations.

Candidate must be capable of working remotely to the team, organising multiple work streams together, reporting status, progress and managing risks. This role requires a committed individual, who can deliver results with minimal direction, but be aware enough of risks to delivery to be able to escalate when needed.

To succesfully deliver the required value the project manager must be able to lead, direct and have commitment from multiple delivery teams, spanning company architecture, cloud engineering and third party providers. Where there are multiple interested stakeholders the project manager will apply robust management techniques to balance their needs against those of the project, e.g. in traversing the change management process.
