• Leading our new development team providing BAU support team
• Working on a continuous improvement project - therefore PM skills required
• Good leader managing small team of 4 initially (Mix of temp and perm)
• Likelihood of role to go perm
• Experience of working on projects from beginning to end
• Ability to manage multiple small projects
• They will be responsible for establishing team and building team ethos
