We are looking to hire a hands-on Finance Manager to provide day to day management of the transactional Finance Team to deliver control of day-to-day business transactions throughout the group including cash management, financial accounting, pay & bill and staff payroll (through our outsourced partners). Ideally, you will be experienced in working within international contract recruitment businesses and having a working knowledge of Bullhorn and RSM Intime would be an advantage.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that the group wide financial and operational systems and controls are documented and followed in a way that processes run efficiently, cost effectively, with risks mitigated through appropriate controls. Ensuring contractors and staff are paid accurately, billing is correct and financial transactions are all accounted for in an appropriate and timely way.
Ideally, you will be qualified or working towards a professional finance qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/AAT), more importantly you will have an engaging personality, a can-do attitude, be super organised and have an excellent track record of delivering to tight deadlines, at the highest quality and focussed on detail.
In a nutshell, the postholder will relish the challenges of working in a busy finance team, playing an important part in organising, and managing to ensure that the financial operations work well, managing a small, critically important team.
