Technical Business Analyst.

1 Technical Analyst for Renewables Control Room Systems
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments and working at all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Good grasp of technology covering workstations, servers, Active Directory and networking
- Experience of working in a cross-skilled team with Cloud Architects, Security Architects and Network Architects
- demonstrate ability to perform discovery on new technical aspects especially at the boundary of plant and SCADA
- Work with business and IT colleagues to clarify requirements, plan implementation and answer queries through the development process.
- Collates and documents requirements for the subsequent identification of an appropriate solution and the detailed design of a business process to accommodate it.
- Plans, prioritises, manages, and executes analysis work on multiple simple and complex projects to regularly achieve cost and timescale targets.
- Prepares reports and communications that are tailored to different situations and audiences of varying seniority.
- Carries out in depth discovery / scoping exercises during the early and pre-project stages to identify key issues of concern and to ascertain clear direction.
- Extensive experience in a Business Analyst role supporting business critical projects.
- Extensive experience of defining high level and detailed requirements and user stories in a regulated environment.
- Qualified to a Certified Business Analyst standard (BCS, APMG, IIBA) or relevant experience in a similar field would be advantageous.
- Understanding and appreciation of working in a heavily regulated environment; experience of the gas and electricity market, industry, and operations or within a similarly regulated industry would be beneficial.
- Experience with Privacy & Security Rules
