ersg are looking for an L&D Manager to work within our HR team. The Renewable Energy industry is growing at pace, and it is an exciting time to join our rapidly expanding business

Working as a key member of the Global HR team, you will support the business in creating and facilitating a training schedule for our employees. This will be a high-profile role working across our network of international offices.

L&D Manager duties:

• Evaluate individual, departmental, and organizational learning and development needs
• Identify skills gaps and future learning requirements
• Utilise and work with our experienced staff to create deliverable content
• Create and execute learning strategies and training programmes that are aligned with ersg's objectives and have a strong understanding of what these are
• Implement various learning methods companywide
• Coordinate the logistics of training sessions via a training calendar
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
• Act as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
• Keep abreast of latest learning and development products and approaches.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years successful experience as a Training / L&D Manager or equivalent
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Ability to build rapport with employees
• Excellent English both written and spoken, additional languages are a bonus
• A relevant degree or equivalent by experience
• Assertive communicator and influencer, tailoring communication style to the target audience
• Self-motivated and self-starter.
• Displays a positive can-do attitude.
