Responsible for providing the endpoint protection architecture by designing and implementing solutions for environments constructed and delivered for the clients offshore wind farm projects, as well as supporting the development, installation and surveillance of the SCADA and OT installation. In this position, you will cooperate closely with customers and other departments such as IT, Technical Sales and Service to ensure continuous and optimal operations and performance of the delivered endpoint protection infrastructures and installations. Consequently, it will also be your job to improve and develop SCADA and OT (Operational Technology) solutions by providing your inputs and solutions.
You will also be responsible for:
Performing regular and scheduled maintenance and service of SCADA installations and endpoint protection installations at onsite locations per agreement between the service organisation and customers
Developing and monitoring endpoint protection events and take the appropriate action to either remediate or escalate appropriately. You will follow documented procedures to ensure timely resolution or escalation of events
IT/OT Security and Cyber Security per regulatory requirements and compliance with the global offshore wind industry
Assisting in the evaluation of new requirements, technical design and standards
Providing concepts and solutions for endpoint protection and log management surveillance system in order to ensure optimal and continuous operations of SCADA, IT and OT in Wind Power Plan infrastructures
Skills & experience: Several years of practical experience with endpoint protection technologies, implementation and installations in SCADA and OT environments. You must also have strong technical and analytical abilities, as well as a high level of knowledge and experience with international standards for IT/OT, Control Systems and Cyber Security, such as ISA99, IEC-62443, ISO-27000/27001 and other applicable standards. As a person, you must be a team player with an open- and service-minded attitude, as we all be customer-oriented with the ability to solve even complex issues for large scale network infrastructures.
Have experience with providing technical support to colleagues and users at broad and different levels
Possess knowledge of and experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for endpoint protection process control and data exchange related to installations
Are result-driven and keen on reaching mutually agreed targets
