Responsibilities/仕事内容

• Monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures
• 資産のパフォーマンスを監視し、是正措置を推奨します。
• Review and update of cash flow model and project budget/forecast
• キャッシュフローモデルとプロジェクト予算/予測のレビューと更新
• Developing strategies to maximize asset value and minimize risk factors and losses.
• 資産価値を最大化し、リスク要因と損失を最小化するための戦略を開発します。
• Preparing financial & investment reports to investors, lenders and senior management
• 投資家、貸し手、上級管理職への財務および投資レポートの作成
• Liaising and negotiating with local stakeholders (investor, JV partner, lender, utility, EPC, OM/asset management service provider, insurance company, local government, legal counsel, accounting/tax, auditor, broker, etc.)
• 地元の利害関係者（投資家、JVパートナー、貸し手、公益事業、EPC、 OM /資産運用サービスプロバイダー、保険会社、地方自治体、法律顧問、 会計/税務、監査人、ブローカーなど）

Requirements・必要の経験や資格

• Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• ビジネス、財務、会計、経済学、経営管理または関連分野の学位。
• 5-10 years of finance manager, asset manager and/or relevant experience at a multinational company
• 多国籍企業での5〜10年の財務マネージャー、資産マネージャー、および/または関連する経験
• Existing understanding and expertise in Financial modeling
• 財務モデリングに関する既存の理解と専門知識
• Insurance contract management and negotiation experience is a must
• 保険契約の管理と交渉の経験は必須です
• Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 優れた分析力と問題解決能力を備えた戦略的能力
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
• MicrosoftOfficeWordとExcelの優れた使用法。 スプレッドシートで非常に良い
• Native or equivalent Japanese language skills with strong business level English
• ビジネスレベルの英語力を備えたネイティブまたは同等の日本語スキル
