ERSG is looking for a Completion Planner located in New Bedford, MA for a top tier manufacturer that is providing large offshore wind turbines for one of the first offshore wind farms in the US.
The Completion Planner will ensure that activities are planned and executed in time. To reach this objective, subcontractor will follow with the completion team, the method statement writing, the material procurement and the execution.
Things to keep in mind:
* This is initially a 12-month contract with the likelihood of staying on longer-term or to become a direct employee.
* You can become eligible for health, visual, and dental insurance after 30 days of employment and 401K with a 4% match after 12 months of employment.
* We are looking for individuals commutable or open to relocating to the New Bedford, MA for the duration of the contract (unfortunately no relocation is provided).
* This position is open to individuals who have the right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* No salary range is currently available due to our usual process of "quoting per applicant" to ensure fairness across the board.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the planification and execution of the Completion Items for the Nacelles located on the storage area of the Nacelle Factory, the company requires a Completion Mid-Term Planner to support the Completion Team from 01/May/2023 until the 05/April/24.
* Plan the Daily / Weekly Work
* Track and follow the progress, delays, and risks.
* Communicate with other Completion Team members the needs and objectives.
* Follow team progress and report any delay or deviation on planning.
* Highlight Specific or High Priority Needs.
* Ensure that the back office is organized, following priorities, and achieving goals and objectives.
* Engage in all communications regarding the Services and/or Deliverables.
* Arrange and attend any necessary meetings.
* Supervise and manage Supplier's performance of Services and/or transfer of Deliverables.
* Ensure that each party's responsibilities have been met on a timely basis; and jointly approve any changes to the Services and/or Deliverables to be made in response to Change Orders.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience on project management
* Strongly organized, methodological and practical in data recording and document management
* Excellent ability to communicate at all levels.
* Technical skills on Microsoft Office/ Computer skills.
* Ability to work out a balanced solution between different stakeholders.
Recommended Skills:
* Experience in Wind projects site construction, with multinational team and subcontractor workforce Project Reporting.
* At any time during the term of the SOW, the company may request status reports from Supplier's PM, and Supplier's PM shall promptly provide: a list of outstanding SOWs; the status of any uncompleted Services and/or Deliverables; (c) amounts or hours billed (and/or accrued but unbilled) for any period, for any SOW or in total; and/or (d) information about Supplier's performance under the SOW.

* Helmet with chin strap, approved for electrical environment, CE, EN 397, EN 50365,
* Safety Glasses class 1
* Safety Shoes S3 with non-conductive protective toes cap EN ISO 2034
* Gloves (Depending on type of tasks)
* Harness (example of VOLT harness from PETZL)
* High Visibility Jackets
* Arc flash high visibility clothing (mandatory for any electrical work or work within electrical environment
* Trouser (with possibility to insert knee protector)
* Long-sleeves T shirt, Jackets (rain/water proof jacket, winter jackets, softshell), Sweatshirt (no hoodies), Base layer (Top and legging), Arc flash PPE to be complaint IEC 61482-2: 2009, minimum cat. 1 EN11612 with company logo
