Job Description:
仕事内容：

- Project development to select areas for the construction of wind power plants, assess economic efficiency as well as conducting due diligence.
風力発電所の建設エリアの選定、経済効率の評価、デューデリジェンスの実施など、プロジェクト開発を担当します。

- Establish project budget and schedule.
プロジェクトの予算とスケジュールを策定します。

- Create auction strategy for bidding.
入札のためのオークション戦略を作成します。

- Stakeholder management, building good relations with prefectures and municipalities in the area.
都道府県や自治体との関係構築を含むステークホルダーの管理を行います。

- Managing various responses related to contracts for connection to electric power companies.
電力会社との接続契約に関連するさまざまな応答を管理します。

- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to organize project finance for construction.
建設のためのプロジェクトファイナンスを内部の関係者と連携して組織化します。

Requirements:
要件：

- Bilingual, English-Japanese (JLPT N1 level).
バイリンガル、英語と日本語（JLPT N1レベル）。

- Must have experience in creating proposal related to public offering projects for national and local governments.
国および地方自治体向けの公募プロジェクトに関連する提案作成の経験が必要です。

- Must have knowledge about renewable energy and power generation.
再生可能エネルギーおよび発電に関する知識が必要です。
