Resource Manager required for a market-leading Offshore Wind Developer in London, England. Suitable candidates will have experience in a similar role with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to critically analyze and pressure test resource needs according to the business plan.
The Resource Manager will be responsible for managing resourcing strategies, hiring processes, and resource forecasts.
This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to come in 1-2 times a week in the office and be eligible to work in the UK.
