Job Title: Contract Manager - Offshore Wind

We're hiring a Contract Manager to support procurement and contract activities on a major offshore wind project in South Korea. This is a key role managing commercial and contractual matters throughout the lifecycle of a specific work package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement and contract management at package level
• Collaborate with technical teams, package managers, and external suppliers
• Manage procurement plans, tender documentation, and vendor negotiations
• Ensure contract compliance, risk management, and claims resolution
• Support budget, performance tracking, and reporting
• Drive commercial negotiations and oversee contract awards

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in law, engineering, business, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and contract management experience
• Familiarity with procurement in construction or infrastructure projects
• Offshore wind or large-scale energy project experience is a plus
• Knowledge of contract law, claims, and change management processes
