The Role - 360 Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals to join our dynamic team. As a 360 Consultant at ERSG, you'll play a pivotal role in both business development and candidate delivery - owning the full recruitment lifecycle in one of the world's fastest-growing sectors.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving new business through strategic outbound sales and relationship building.
  • Meeting with clients on-site and at headquarters to develop and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Attending industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence and expand your client base.
  • Working to exceed revenue and placement targets - your success is rewarded!
  • Generating and qualifying leads through market research, candidate sourcing, and cold calling.
  • Collaborating closely with the Delivery Team to identify top-tier talent and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, and closing high-value deals with confidence.
  • Taking full ownership of your specialist market - with the opportunity to build and lead your own team as you grow.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in recruitment, outbound sales, or business development.
  • A driven, self-motivated mindset with a passion for success and achieving goals.
  • Strong resilience - you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Education to A-Level or degree standard (preferred but not essential).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM/ATS systems.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys connecting with people.
