Description of Project/Role and Main Responsibilities

· Manage the Company IT Infrastructure

· Working as part of the company's IT Infrastructure team to

deliver the daily management of the IT Infrastructure

· Local management of IT infrastructure in the company's

office in the UK

· Remote management of IT infrastructure in the company's

office overseas

· Ensuring all infrastructure is at latest software levels to maintain the security of the environment

· Identification and remediation of cyber-security vulnerabilities

· Daily management of enterprise backup software and associated media

· Implementation of infrastructure projects

· Network management including DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN

· Update and improve existing documentation

· Evaluate and suggest enhancements to existing infrastructure / configuration

· Any other infrastructure administrative activities as deemed necessary by the IT Manager

Candidate's qualifications, professional experience and skills required for the position

· Previous experience in an IT Infrastructure Engineer role required

· Knowledgeable across a wide range of technologies including networking, cloud, virtual and physical hardware, switches, routers, and SAN technologies

· Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

· Ability to manage and configure a Cisco network including switches, routers, firewalls and wireless network

· In-depth working knowledge of the following

o Microsoft Operating Systems

o Microsoft Active Directory

o Storage Area Networks, preferably NetApp

o VMware

o Cisco Switches and Routers

o Cisco ASA Firewalls

o Cisco Call Manager VOIP Telephony

o Microsoft Windows Server Update Service

o Enterprise Backup software, preferably CommVault

o McAfee EPO Server
