Due to this growth, there is an increasing demand on our Global Talent Manager to source us high calibre Sales and Support staff and therefore we are now looking for a German speaking Internal Recruiter to expand the team.
The Internal Recruiter will support the Global Talent Manager in preparing, managing and delivering all recruitment activities. You will be involved in ensuring that the group is hiring the best possible talent.

Main Responsibilities
• Liaising with the Global Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to determine the business recruitment needs.
• Forming innovative ideas on how to attract the best candidates to work for ERSG
• CV resourcing through various online methods including headhunting on LinkedIn and advertising/searching on Job Boards
• Screening candidates and arranging interviews
• Carrying out telephone interviews
• Booking in interview dates with hiring managers
• Updating job specifications and job descriptions across various platforms
• Administering tests and assessments when required
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records on all candidates
• Carrying out reference checks
• Analysing data and producing reports and documents
• Representing employer at job fairs and recruiting events

Key experience and skills required for the role
• Business level fluency in English
• Fluent German language
• The drive, determination and resilience needed to source the best talent
• Microsoft Office
• A high level of confidentiality
• Excellent customer-facing and telephone skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Enjoy working with people
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
