Our Team
Due to the continued success and growth of our client, we are looking to recruit a Site Operations & Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM) Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all out of scope works and special projects ensuring effective planning, coordination and execution of works. This role sits within our Site Operations and Asset Management team who are a collaborative, supportive and open team who encourage individuals to maximise their potential.

This position will be based in Stirling

Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Work with Servicing and Site operations to formulate a strategy for all out of scope works for clients
  • Management of project schedules throughout the complete lifecycle
  • Application and good working knowledge of CDM Regulations (2015) in particular Principal Designer/Principal Contractor roles and responsibilities.
  • Review, manage and prepare Construction Phase Plans (CPP’s) for wider use across the business.
  • Manage and mentor others and assist in their development and understanding of CDM Regulations (2015)
General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quality: All employees are expected to work within the systems, processes and procedures outlined within the department and / or company handbooks or software platforms or training manuals
  • Flexibility: A reasonable degree of flexibility is required from all employees to meet the needs of the role, the department and the wider company
Qualifications and Experience
  • Educated to HNC level in a relevant discipline
  • Good understanding of the principles of Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) 
  • Exceptional communicator both written and verbal
  • Understanding of project budgets and deliverables 
  • Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required
  • Understanding of Wind Turbine Safety Regulations
  • Educated to degree level within a relevant discipline
  • Previous quality management experience with working knowledge of safe working systems
  • MS Project experience 
  • Qualified APMP or Prince 2
