Contract Manager (Service) Offshore Wind - (Homeoffice 70-80%) Location: Germany-wide (70-80% remote possible) Salary Range: About €110,000-130,000 gross annual package, depending on the relevant previous experienceWe are supporting a leading company in the offshore wind sector looking for an experienced Senior Contract & Claim Manager to join the Offshore Service division. The role is focused on optimising the commercial and legal performance of service-phase contracts in a fast-paced and complex environment.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyse existing contracts within the offshore service departmentIdentify options to improve margins and commercial outcomes through contractual leversAssess the potential for claims: how to raise them, what arguments to use, and what outcomes to targetRecommend solutions aligned with contract terms and support client relationship developmentCollaborate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure effective contract and claim strategiesCandidate Profile:Legal qualification (LLM, LLB, or equivalent)Minimum 5 years' experience in contract and claim management during the operational phase of offshore wind projectsDeep understanding of service/O&M agreements and claims handlingStrong analytical and communication skillsFluency in German is strongly preferredWillingness to occasionally travel to the client's site or office in Northern Germanyersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
