責任
- サイトコンストラクションマネージャーとチームをサポートする。現場での管理業務や取引業務に対応する。
- 郵便物や貨物の発送準備 数量の確認、場所の記録、ファイリングなど、入荷した在庫品の情報を記録する。
- ベンダーの手配、現地下請け業者との料金交渉。
- 現場チームの宿泊、出張手配、現場車両の手配。
- 現場での発注書の作成、管理、照合、および発注書登録（不適合報告を含む）。

ポジション要件：
- 最低3-5年のプロジェクトチーム環境での経験。
- 異文化環境での経験。
- 時間管理能力の高い方
- SAP / ERPシステムの知識と関連する経験
- 英語と日本語
