Job Description/仕事内容

  • Management and supervision of overall construction works of power plant construction sites.
  • 発電所建設現場の全体的な建設工事の管理と監督。
  • Work with other engineers, managers, and other stakeholders to improve or develop solar projects.
  • 他のエンジニア、マネージャー、および他の利害関係者と協力して、ソーラープロジェクトを改善または開発します。
  • Support on technical due diligence activities and provide technical support for projects and assist asset managers.

  • Ensure compliance with Local regulations as well as industry standards.

  • Understanding of processes and quality management and able to align a team to working along the company standards

  • Negotiations with local governments and local communities

  • Travel to project sites from time to time to gather site-specific data, as required.

  • Contributing to or writing technical papers.

Qualifications/必要なスキル

  • First Class Civil Construction Management Engineer.
  • 1級土木施工管理技士
  • Knowledge of electricity/mechanical engineering or civil engineering.
  • 電気/機械工学または土木工学の知識。
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, specifications, and geotechnical reports
  • 図面、回路図、仕様、および地盤工学レポートを読んで解釈する能力。
  • Experience in Mega Solar projects will be a plus.
  • メガソーラープロジェクトの経験があれば尚可です。
  • Ability to communicate among construction, technical and non-technical personnel, both internally and outside the company.
  • 社内外の建設関係者、技術担当者、非技術担当者の間でコミュニケーションをとる能力。
  • Fluent in Japanese.
  • 日本語に堪能。
  • Ability communicate in English (written and verbal).
  • 英語(書面および口頭)でのコミュニケーション能力。
