Position Overview:

-Responsible for overseeing the construction management of civil engineering work of solar power plant construction site, from pre-construction to project completion.

-The role also focuses on ensuring safety management, quality control, volume control, and construction-related document management for civil engineering works at the solar power plant construction site.

Pre-Construction Preparation:

-Create civil engineering work plans.
-Develop detailed implementation schedules.
-Review design drawings.
-Verify Bill of Materials (BOM).
-Collaborate with the PM to select contractors.
-Conduct pre-construction discussions with cooperating contractors to confirm work details based on design drawings.
-Verify safety documents.
-Plan and execute temporary construction works.
-Construction Management (On-Site Management):-Ensure safety management, including managing safety documents.
-Oversee quality control, volume control, schedule management, and photo documentation.
-Create and review construction drawings, and share information with cooperating contractors as needed.
-Manage equipment and materials (including delivery management, usage tracking, and theft prevention).
-Conduct site patrols, inspections, provide technical guidance and instructions to workers, adjust worker placements, and take construction photos.



Qualifications and Skills Required:

-Over 3 years of practical experience in managing civil engineering, or machinery installation projects.


Required certifications:

-First-Class Civil Engineering Management Certification.



Education:

-University degree in a related field of Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
