ersg are currently looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join our Contracts and Compliance Team of 5. This position will provide you with the opportunity to develop core skills and experience in a contracts & compliance and operations/central services sector. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, with excellent organisational skills, willingness to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Previous experience in an office environment is required, in a recruitment compliance role is preferred, but full training will be provided.

Compliance Administrator day-to-day duties include:

  • Completing and sending contracts to both workers and clients in line with the specifications detailed on our CRM system
  • Chasing clients for IR35 determinations and completing IR35 determinations where applicable
  • Ensuring that contracts are compliant to international requirements and contractors are using a compliant payment vehicle
  • Chasing clients for signed contracts and purchase orders
  • Checking Work Orders and Call Offs to ensure they are in line with our client's terms and conditions
  • Dealing with contractor and client queries around contracts and compliance
  • Assisting the Contracts and Compliance Manager with onboarding new clients
  • Reporting weekly finishers and ensuring our CRM systems are up to date so that our weekly reporting is correct.
  • Chasing and obtaining compliance documents for new starters inline with regulations and client requirements
  • Ensuring that critical documents such as Right to Work and insurance are renewed before expiry
  • Assisting with development of onboarding forms
  • Assisting in completing IR35 determinations using our IR35 Tool
  • Completing monthly insurance reports for our different ersg entities
  • Supporting with new client onboarding including updating instructions on a central matrix
  • Supporting with adhoc requests

Skills required:

  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Uses initiative to problem solve
  • Ability to work to deadlines and cope under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages - especially Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of IR35 and GDPR
  • Experience in Bullhorn and RSM preferable but not required
  • Knowledge on Seafarers and international contracts preferable but not required
