ERSG are looking for an experienced team leader who is out-going, organised, and adaptable and would be confident managing and motivating a small to medium team on a day to day basis. We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience of managing a back-office team of varying abilities and experience; preferably from a recruitment or sales-based sector.

This would involve:

  • Reporting on team activity
  • Process improvement and implementation
  • Adhoc project management (such as audits)
  • Escalation to all areas of the business, including front office interaction

Contracts and Compliance Team Leader day-to-day duties include:

  • Overseeing Contracts and Compliance Administrators and ensuring contracts and compliance files are up to standard and in line with both our client requirements and standard regulations
  • Managing the central Contracts and Compliance inbox and ensuring SLA's are met
  • Regularly spot checking the teams work to see where training gaps are required within the team
  • Holding training sessions on our processes, IR35 and GDPR for both contracts and compliance and the sales team
  • Reviewing client contracts to highlight and implement any compliance requirements the client may have
  • Regularly joining meetings with potential new clients to pinpoint the clients requirements early on in the process to ensure a smooth process
  • Completing monthly insurance reports for our different ersg entities
  • Ensuring that our central Matrix's and working instructions are kept up to date at all times
  • Leading both contract and compliance audits
  • Conducting monthly 1-1 meetings with the team and bi-yearly appraisals
  • Working closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure Contracts and Payroll requirements are in smoothed out across both teams
  • Ensuring regulatory requirements such as IR35 and GDPR are followed across the team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of conducting appraisals, 1 to 1 meetings and team training
  • Previous experience of process improvement and implementation
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure or to tight deadlines
