Responsibilities
- Manage a number of on-site HSE Coordinators regarding their work task, work rotation, deliverables according to contract, etc.

- Ensuring consistency of HSE support to the construction projects and sites activities
- 建設プロジェクトおよびサイト活動に対するHSEサポートの一貫性を確保する
- Providing technical support to HSE coordinators on construction projects and construction sites
- 建設プロジェクトおよび建設現場でHSEコーディネーターに技術サポートを提供する
- Providing information and guidance to all levels of the company
- 会社のすべてのレベルに情報とガイダンスを提供する
- Raise safety awareness and improve the safety culture
- 安全意識を高め、安全文化を向上させる
Requirements
- Experience in HSE offshore project management or used to work in complex construction projects within large-scale construction.
- HSEオフショアプロジェクト管理の経験、または大規模建設内の複雑な建設プロジェクトでの作業に使用された経験。
- Experience in HSE management and implementing HSE policies
- HSE管理およびHSEポリシーの実装の経験
- HSE risk management, HSE assurance such as safety audits as well as incident management
- HSEリスク管理、安全監査などのHSE保証、およびインシデント管理
- Formal Health, Safety or Environmental qualifications (ex. NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) preferred
