Human Resources Specialist to work for this Renewable Energy Staffing Firm in Boston, MA.

Provides services as a full circle recruiter working within the offshore wind industry; acquires understanding & works effectively with multiple players within the offshore wind industry; acquires knowledge of key players, industry trends, & hiring practices; develops/implements recruitment strategies to attract top talent to offshore wind industry - identifying candidates for project management office positions/environmental roles, creating job postings, & leveraging multiple channels to promote job openings; conducts candidate searches using methods of networking, online research, job boards; reviews resumes, conducts phone screens/ interviews, & evaluates candidates for suitability; manages hiring process from start to finish: defining job requirements, creates job descriptions, negotiates job offers; builds candidate/stakeholder relationships within offshore wind industry; provides market insight to clients; develops strategies to attract/retain top talent; uses multiple techniques to attract/develop new business from client companies; closes high-level deals; negotiates pay/charge rates with candidates/clients; uses relevant tools: Excel, Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, Zoominfo, Bullhorn.

Requires Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, & 1 year relevant experience.
