* Together with the rest of the development team, suggest possible areas close to the grid nodes to develop new projects and try to secure as much surface as possible to make the projects feasible * Manage the relationship with our partners (developers and subcontractors in all the issues in relation to Land Lease agreements or other ways of securing Land) * Secure as much Land as possible in the selected areas complying with the previous conditions set by the development team from a technical and legal point of view * Support the Project Development Team manager while engaging with local communities and individuals in relation to proposed renewable energy projects in their area. * Develop the understanding of each local community and establish how best to engage with each community in a meaningful manner. * Develop strong long-term relationships with individuals, groups and local councillors in the local community. * Deliver information on renewable energy projects being considered for local communities
