Organize and lead projects related to new premises, factory buildings, rehabilitation, new equipment, lay-out, renovations and optimization.

Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and tested approaches and methods.

Presents to leader in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.

Connects the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions; works on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business.

Requirements/必要な資格やスキル
- Experience in assembly process of big / heavy component, cable routing and electrical test is expected
- 大型/重量コンポーネントの組み立てプロセス、ケーブル配線、および電気テストの経験が求められます
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Project.
- 認可された大学または単科大学の学士号と、製造業での 4 年以上の経験。 工業または製造プロジェクトでの 3 年以上の追加経験。
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- 優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.

- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

- Japanese and English advanced communication skill is a must
