Responsibilities
While ensuring high Safety and Quality standards, you will engage with our clients Service across the UK and regions you support in order to implement the Service LEAN roadmap, and support the sites to increase their LEAN maturity.

The tasks you will be performing in your region will include:

  • Support the Operational Excellence journey
  • Secure Lean tools deployment & sustainable efficiency gains
  • Reduce operational costs
  • Asses training needs
  • Facilitate KAIZEN events to bring about improvements
  • Facilitate share of Lean best practices within your region
  • Investigate operational data to understand current state and required countermeasures


Qualifications

  • Solid experience of LEAN with a proven track of achievement
  • Experience with LEAN in different environments, requiring different approaches (i.e. manufacturing, Service and transactional)
  • On a personal level it is very important that you possess developed skills in influencing and persuasion so this will naturally require solid relationship skills
  • You have experience with change management, data analytics and implementation
  • You also have experience bringing improvements based on Value Stream Analysis and Communicating to the next level in a way that all layers of the organisation understand
  • Being able to work alongside service technicians in their natural work environment when required (warehouse, field, wind turbines etc.)

Competencies

  • Either certification, certified experience or education in continuous improvement disciplines
  • Significant implementation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to create impact & connect with our workforce
  • Able to follow up in different countries (or areas within a country)
  • Solid written/verbal presentation and communication skills in English
