Currently, I am looking for our client a MEP and Construction Site Manager in France, area of Paris

Starting Date: Asap
Duration: 12+ months
Workload: Full-time, 5 days per week. At the beginning maybe a little bit less

Type of work: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of the project
  • Coordination the site logistics and security including coordination contractors and managing deliveries.
  • Coordination of General Contractor, sub-contractors, and suppliers
  • Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents
  • Active participation in coordination and management meetings as directed by line manager.
  • Reporting to technical lead of project (MEP Construction managers)
  • Active participation in commissioning of mechanical & electrical systems.
  • Undertaking QA activities
  • Acquisition of relevant file requirements and as support in as built documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as site manager in the construction industry
  • Successfully completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable technical degree
  • Knowledge of building and planning law, as well as deep understanding of technical design and fit-out (especially MEP)
  • Clear understanding and experience with fire alarm cause & effect process
  • Familiarity and demonstrable experience with both mechanical & electrical systems along with any and all interfaces
  • Clear communication in French and English
