Offshore Wind Power - Project Manager

You will be involved in a dynamic, hands-on, and high-profile offshore wind project in a small, discretionary, and fast-decision-making organization of a leading wind power development company with a thorough understanding of offshore wind.

Job Description

You will be in charge of offshore wind farm development projects.

Responsible for preparing outlines and drafts from the client's perspective regarding the basic design, transportation, and construction plans for the geology and steel structure of the wind farm, and having each contractor execute them.

Comparison, review, and evaluation of EPC contractors for wind power plant construction from commercial and technical aspects, etc.

Review of procurement sources, meetings with related parties, procurement arrangements, and others.

Requirements:

Fluent in Japanese - JLPT N2 certified

Experience in any of the following:

Experience in geotechnical investigation and assessment

Experience as an engineer such as design related to steel structures

Civil structures/offshore structures planning experience

Power plants/plants planning experience

Desirable skills and experiences

Experience in offshore development and port-related projects

Experience in upstream of projects (planning, ordering, comparative study of contractors)
