Responsibilities:

• Sourcing acquisition opportunities in the Japanese secondary PV market
• Originate non-FiT PV projects and battery storage projects
• Conduct pre-screening before due diligence process.
• Take initiatives to find offtakers of electricity for new projects.
• Negotiate and execute PPAs.
• Lead due diligence in the financial modelling of identified targets to come up with a fair purchase price assessment.
• Negotiate the acquisition contracts or various other contracts the opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in creating strategies for new business in energy industry.
• Project development experience in energy field.
