Responsibilities
Management and maintenance of facilities
- Checking operating facilities, including on-site as well as remote monitoring system
- Preparation of reports and formulation of solutions for issues found
- Wherever possible, execution of formulated solution or arranging of contractor assistance with projects that are already under construction
- Formulation of monitoring set-up for projects in design or construction phase
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate at the business level in Japanese and English
- Experience working on power plant construction sites in Japan
- Japanese construction manager or Japanese electrician license Japanese chief electrical engineer license would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Highly motivated, can-do personality
- Self-organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
