Scrum Master
Skills required:

* Understands backlog planning and tracking, capacity planning across multiple products, burndown and other reporting metrics, velocity tracking and improvements on delivering vs commitments

The Scrum Master will be responsible for
* Assisting the product team with the identifying tasks for delivery, agreeing planning, and then coordinating the release with the Product Owner / Product Management.
* Facilitating the day-to-day work of the scrum team, daily scrum, assigning tasks, unblocking impediments, updating the product owner, and ensuring the team remains as productive as possible.
* Empowering the scrum team, promoting self-organization and problem solving to deliver sprint objectives.
* Analysis and Reporting: Produce Reports, Metrics, and Dashboards that can be shared with senior management. These reports will include KPIs around the performance of the development team and impediments.
* Continuously track the delivery progress and report on value releases aligned to the product roadmap
* Working closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architecture, and the QA team on strategic projects by gaining a solid understanding of the IT landscape, solving problems, and removing blockers to improve the performance of the team.
* Contribute and drive improvements in the agile tooling configuration
* Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder management within the wider organisation
* Work with the Product Owners to scope the requirements and translate them into a realistic release plan

* Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process, prioritisation of work that needs to be done against the product roadmap and capacity of the team
* Ensure the product team adheres to agile principles and actively try to identify areas of improvement and methods on how to be more efficient

The Scrum Master will have knowledge of the following:
* Applied knowledge of an Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban), and understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC)
* Enterprise software platforms and IT development teams
* Project management experience with PM tool experience (e.g. MS project)
* Experience with Azure DevOps administration (backlog, boards, analytics and reporting)
* Experience in writing user stories - using best practices.
* Managing distributed scrum teams across multiple geographical locations
* Strong investigation and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to approach complex problems.
* Experience with producing KPIs and KRIs reports
