Roles and Responsibilities

• Able to deliver financial objectives per annual operating plan and global targets
• Develop and manage customer relationships, maintaining operational excellency
• Developing and executing project strategy
• Partner with regional and international cross-functional leaders
• Create succession pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, engineering, or similar degree
• Minimum of 3+ year's proven experience in managing large scale project
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in both Japanese and English in speaking and writing
• Self-starter, customer centric, business-oriented mindset
