What you'll be doing

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing part of our clients Consulting business, the Assurance Service within the Project Management group where you will have responsibility for supporting and supplementing our Team in the delivery of sport and leisure projects through our Contract with Sport England as well as opportunities to work on other projects in the Infrastructure Sector (Highways, Rail and Utilities) and Public Sector including Central Government, Local Government Health, Education and Blue Light Sectors.

What you'll bring
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with experiences from within the Leisure or Infrastructure sector to join our clients team .
We have office locations in Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, and London. We also work remotely.
The ideal candidate will be Qualified or working towards MRICS with an appropriate degree or minimum 10 years professional experience and have a strong knowledge and understanding of cost consultancy and quantity surveying duties, with relevant experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract.
A candidate with experience of client facing experiences in services such as cost management, project management, contract administration or a building surveying bias would be advantageous when working with our range of clients. Knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations and Frameworks, and experiences of Project Monitoring on behalf of Funders, providing Project Assurance services is desired.
A candidate with experiences of working on a wide range of sport and leisure facilities from grassroots clubs to Local Authorities from inception to completion would be advantageous.
