This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer of Service Lift Platforms.
The Wind Field Service Technician is responsible for both the installation and repair of the company's platform, including troubleshooting of electrical components. This is a 100% travel position, 6 weeks on and 1 week off, and will requiring climbing towers up to 300 feet multiple times a day.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in the wind industry performing installation or maintenance activities or education in wind turbine technology
- Tower Rescue/Competent Climber, NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications stroongly preferred
-Strong electrical and mechanical abilities and experience
