Responsibilities
- To lead, own, manage and drive delivery of a program of complex projects as determined by Group and Regional Business Strategy
- Implement the strategic direction in APAC for engineering and capital projects standards and services in line with Group Global CoE
- Responsible for owning and positioning business case, procurement strategies, transaction appointments, and change orders via Approval boards
- Create strong business relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers
- Develop and implement supplier management framework to ensure quality delivery engineering services from the out-sourced supply chain

Requirements
- At least 10 years of engineering and project delivery experiences and/or in running engineering operations in a multi-site Data Centre portfolios in Asia Pacific
- Management of multi-professional teams and projects
- In-depth knowledge of engineering and construction strategy, markets, customers and supply chain
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
- Business level English and Full professional fluency in Japanese
