For a long-term cable installation project, we are looking for the following candidates:
Document Control/ Office Management:
receives, handles, files and distributes the relevant documentation and (subject to DC workload) carries out usual office management tasks.
- Review and familiarize with: Contract documents, overlaying project definitions and procedures, permits, conditions, constraints etc.
- Support document control by setting-up document control procedures and cooperate in day-to-day business.
- Receive, formal check, handle, file and distribute relevant documentation in accordance with defined document control procedures.
- Support hub team in terms of DC issues.
- Update and maintain document registers and data bases.
- Review formal DC credentials of documentation and return documentation to source if unacceptable with respect to formal requirements.
