Management o HSE work within the contract, including subcontractors

Perform formal HSE communication with the Company's HSE Coordinator, including ensuring that the Comapny will recieve contact information on all their subcontractors

Ensure that the Contractor and subcontractors provide input to the Health and Safety Plan (HSP)

Facilitate start-up meetings, and on-boarding of new emplyees on site (Site induction)

Participate in safety meetings

Control the initation of tasks and ensuring adequate risk assessments for particularly hazardous work (work permit)

Carry out safety inspections for the Coordinator at least once a week

Participate in the Company's safety inspections

Plan and handle the eloboration and implementation of the main contractor's HSE iniatives /safety awareness training

Participate in the Company safety inspections

Plan and handle the elaboration and implementation of the main contractors HSE initiatves/safety wareness training

Processing, investigation and follow-up on incidents (observations, near-miss incidents and accidents) in collaboration with the Company's working environment coordinator
