The Business Change Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery of initiatives from the IT Effectiveness Programme and for ongoing organisational effectiveness activities within IT

We are looking for a person that can provide a number of skills - at a high level

Project management expertise with a focus on delivery of value
Process improvement experience, ie waste identification and removal
Stakeholder and conflict management
Communication of 'the case for change' - senior leadership engagement
