- Establishment of safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of workers within the workplace.
- 職場内の労働者の安全を確保するための安全方針と手順の確立。
- Contribute to a positive working environment on the project by being an open and positive go-to person and by being a safety ambassador for the team.
- オープンで前向きな頼りになる人物であり、チームの安全大使になることで、プロジェクトの前向きな職場環境に貢献します。
- Provide HSE training support to the teams to maintain policies and standards
- ポリシーと標準を維持するためにチームにHSEトレーニングサポートを提供します
- Coordinate emergency drills, exercises and campaigns at a schedule applicable to the Project Execution Plan.
- プロジェクト実行計画に適用可能なスケジュールで緊急時の訓練、演習、キャンペーンを調整します。
- Assist the Project HSE Manager with safety meetings, trainings and incident investigation
- 安全会議、トレーニング、インシデント調査でプロジェクトHSEマネージャーを支援します
Requirements/必要な資格やスキル
- Proven experience leading in an HSE role in a production/ construction/ maritime environment.
- 生産/建設/海事環境でHSEの役割をリードした確かな経験。
- Competent and skilled in Risk Assessment management systems
- 有能で熟練したリスク評価管理システム
- Experience in implementing HSE policies
- HSEポリシーの実装経験
- Holds relevant education within HSE, NEBOSH or IOSH
- HSE、NEBOSH、またはIOSH内で関連する教育を行っています
- English language, written and spoken with Native or business level Japanese
- 英語、ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルの日本語で書かれ、話されている
