Partnership Manager | Leading Offshore Windfarm Developer | Saint Denis
One of our clients, an established leading offshore windfarm developer are looking for a Partnership Manager to join their ranks in March, on a 7 month contract based just North of Paris in Saint Denis. The candidates main responsibility will be Sourcing, negotiating and preparation of PV & Wind development partnership agreements and acquisitions for the French market
Successful candidates will have -
- Master's degree in business law or equivalent;
- Experience shall be either in the energy business and/or in Merge and Acquisition/Partnership activities
- very strong knowledge of business law;
- good knowledge of public law (regulatory)
- strong negotiation skills
- vey good writing capacities especially contract redaction
- (partnership agreements, service agreements, term sheet,
- letter of intent, NBO, BO, share purchase agreements)
- Project Management skills
- Very good understanding of wind and Solar development in France
- Good understanding of commercial and technical aspects of projects
- Languages: French native speaker; fluent in English; German or Spanish as an upside
- Windows Office pack
- Very good relationship to others
